Teachers and Staff
The strength of our program lies in the dedication of our early childhood education professionals. Our warm, highly educated staff is what truly sets us apart. Committed to making a positive impact on each child’s world, they understand the significance of ongoing communication with parents. Unlike industry norms, our academy maintains its teachers, a testament to the consistent, quality, and caring environment of our schools. Teachers are encouraged to stay updated on current child-related teaching techniques, pursue continuing education, and foster professional growth. We also support them with bi-annual in-service training, and all of our teachers are CPR and first aid certified. Furthermore, our schools exceed State standards. Lead Teachers are required to have or be pursuing certification in Early Childhood Education, and all teachers receive 15 hours of in-service training annually. Our teachers are spiritually grounded and exemplify positive Christian behavior. State-mandated background checks are conducted for every employee hired by the school.
